We ship within Germany (excluding islands) as well as to Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Spain, and Italy. Shipping to Switzerland and Liechtenstein is available upon request.
Deliveries of portable packages and parcels are handled by a parcel service. Items shipped via parcel service will be delivered to your front door just like any other package.
Deliveries on pallets are handled by a freight company. Please make sure to provide your phone number when placing your order, as many items are shipped via freight service, and the freight company will need to arrange a delivery appointment with you. All freight deliveries are made exclusively to the curbside. The freight company will contact you by phone to schedule a suitable delivery date.
The exact delivery time for our products can be found in the respective product descriptions in our shop. Each product includes detailed information about availability and estimated delivery times. This allows you to stay informed about the status and delivery period of your desired item. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the product and stock availability. For specific inquiries or urgent orders, we are happy to assist you.
The delivery period begins on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring credit institution (in case of prepayment) or the day after the conclusion of the contract (for other payment methods) and ends at the close of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday recognized at the delivery location, the period will end on the next business day.
At the time of purchase, only valid delivery options are displayed, along with the selected delivery method. The current shipping costs listed on the website at the time of the order apply.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order. Please note that, for organizational reasons, we cannot offer cash on delivery as a payment method.

If you pay via prepayment, we offer a 5% discount on the gross value of the order.
Payment via invoice is available starting from the second order.
Invoices must be paid within 10 days when choosing the invoice payment option.
